Be a citizen of any country outside the United Kingdom.
Have exceptional academic achievements in previous tests.
Applicants must not be receiving financial help from other scholarships.
Applying to pursue a PhD (full-time or part-time), MLitt (full-time), or a One-year postgraduate course (full-time) at the University of Cambridge.

Apply through the university’s graduate application portal.
Fill in the admission section and the funding section.
Write a 3000-character or 500-word essay explaining why you should be awarded the scholarship.
PhD applicants must also attach their research proposal.
Attach a reference from certified referees from Cambridge University.
