Organisations increasingly rely on effective supply chains to compete in the global market.
This complex discipline, with IT, logistics and procurement elements, is increasingly important in today’s globalised environment of interconnected networks.
We combine advanced theory teaching with practical skills training in well-known software such as SAP®and Arena® to give you a core understanding of the contemporary issues and programs used in global supply chain management.
From our north London campus, you’ll have easy access to the corporate world. You’ll develop methods of strategic and critical thinking to enhance your ability to effectively manage and improve existing structures within domestic and international companies.
The real-world focus of our course ensures that you are able to respond to a variety of challenges with confidence and ingenuity, enhancing your ability to lead and helping you to advance into more senior roles quickly and capably.
What you will gain
This degree equips you with a global view of the strategic and operational processes you need to manage a supply chain. This includes procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory management and production planning.
Learn from academics who have research and practical experience in areas including supply chain analytics, supply chain risk management, logistics and knowledge management, as well as having worked in sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG and computer services.
You will be trained in the implementation of specialised, industry-standard software for managing and analysing supply chain processes, including SAP® and Arena®
